While general bank and credit union staff are, in large part, protected from PS 146 / RG 146 compliance, this is only as long as they remain under supervision of a compliant manager and do not deviate from the provision of only factual information. For many organisations, prudent risk management and simple commercial reality dictates that Bank and Credit Union staff needs to be PS 146 / RG 146 compliant.
