Mark Sinclair

Judi Allen

Mark has worked in the financial services since 1995 and financial services training since 2003 and is the chair of FutureStaff’s advisory board.

During his career, Mark has worked as a corporate advisor with AT Kearney and KPMG, and has three years experience tutoring to the MBA program at RMIT University. Mark has worked throughout Australia, South East Asia and the Middle East on strategic assignments for major organisations such as the Commonwealth Bank of Australia, Department of Education, Telstra and the Reserve Bank of Indonesia.

Mark has a Doctorate of Business Administration, a Masters of Business Administration, Bachelor of Applied Science, Diploma of Financial Services (Financial Planning) and has worked as an internationally recognised ISO 9000 auditor.

Sean Kelly

Sean Kelly

Sean is the Curriculum Director, with operational responsibility for workshop training and assessment programs.

Sean has nearly 20 years experience in financial planning, portfolio management and product R&D across a diverse range of private and institutional clients in Australia and abroad.

Sean has a Masters of Arts (Monash University), Graduate Certificate in Portfolio Management (SIA), Exec Program in Advanced portfolio management (UNSW).

Sean’s previous roles include being a director of a licensed friendly society and a proper authority holder of a licensed securities dealer.

Jennifer Kieran

Jennifer Keiran

Jennifer is responsible for project managing content development, ISO9000 accreditation, AQTF internal audits, document and version control, and manual dispatch.

Jennifer was a JAZ-ANZ accredited Quality Auditor.  She has been a subcontract auditor for SAI-Global for seven years and is qualified to audit to the following standards: ISO9001, Occupational Health & Safety AS4801:2001, SafetyMAP, the Federal Disability Standards and LAW9000. Jennifer has a Master of Education, Assoc. Diploma in Occupational Health & Safety, and a Bachelor of Applied Science. She has consulted to, and audited, more than 80 companies, including higher education providers.

Tom Vlahek

Tom Vlahek

Tom's key responsibilities include: strategic planning for the group’s brand and public relations initiatives, product & service fulfilment and, business development.

Tom has 18 years experience working in operational roles, including sales & marketing manager and finance manager within the airline and travel industries. Tom has a certificate of accounting (RMIT).

Sujee Silva

Sujee Silva

Sujee has over 12 years of experience in the Finance filed in various medium to large scale organisations. Before joining us from St Vincent’s Health, he worked as the Senior Accountant involved in treasury, budgeting, statutory & management reporting.

Sujee’s qualifications include being a Member of CPA, Chartered Institute of Management Accountants - United Kingdom (CIMA), and Society of Certified Management Accountants (CMA).

Justin Pratt - Paraplanner of the Year 2008
